Whitney
My passion is aiding others break patterns, find inner peace, genuine self-acceptance, clarity, and confidence for lasting change and growth. It has been a privilege and honor to serve individuals, couples and groups in clinical mental health therapy for the last 12 years.
I hold a Master of Counseling Psychology degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and am a Licensed Psychotherapist (LPC) in Louisiana and Texas. I am also proud to be a Nationally Certified Cousnelor (NCC). My counseling credentials allow me to also see clients in OH and MN. I currently see counseling clients in my virtual practice through our sister company, Whitney Mixon Welless. Additionally, I am Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr) and I love blending holistic modalities, like yoga, and modern, evidence based practices on our Luna Souls women's retreats and in my Luna Souls coaching work. I have taught yoga in studios, for Lululemon Lakeside, corporate wellness yoga for national confrences and community classes at various locations. I am currently offering private and corporate sound bath meditations and yoga in Louisiana.

Meet Andrew
Andrew is a financial planner and wealth advisor with a decade of experience in the field. Andrew graduated from Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in 2009. Andrew enjoys aiding people accomplish their financial goals through a holistic approach. His firm serves clients nation wide and has offices in Baton Rouge and Covington, Louisiana. Additionally, Andrew enjoys the culinary arts and has expanded his skill set by studying and consulting with talented chefs in south Louisiana. He provides meals while on retreats and aids with transportation and logistics. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys all LSU athletics, spending time with his dogs, and astro and landscape photography
