Therapeutic Coaching

During my own journey and in pursue of various ways to aid my clients, I found myself diving into several beautiful modalities that each hold great value in the healing journey. In coaching sessions we work together to break patterns, achieve goals, find clarity and implement lessons for optimizing your emotional well-being. Coaching is viewed from a holistic lens-- mind, body and spirit. Each coaching session is tailored to fit client's needs. What do we mean by this? I built on classical psychotherapy skills with various disciplines , such as sound and vibrational therapy, yoga, somatic healing, breathwork, energy work, and intuitive guidance to aid you in achieving your goals.

1:1 Coaching

Individual coaching is available virtually. Sessions can be booked in 60 or 90 minute intervals. Sessions expire 6 months after purchase date.

60 minute session $150 | 3 sessions $275

90 minute session $175 | 3 sessions $500

Women's Small Group Coaching

Longing for connection, community, general healing and personal growth?? Our group coaching program may be a match! In a supportive and loving group environment, we leverage the mind-body connection and navigate core beliefs, inner child healing inspired by Internal Family Systems, self love and compassion, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing.

Coaching on Retreat

As a part of all of Luna Souls retreats, we do very gentle self healing work in which you are guided to reflect, reset, or further your healing journey, if your feel called. All activities are merely invitations and not requirements.

Counseling

Professional counseling services are available to clients residing in Louisiana. Due to state licensing requirements only those that live in the state and are physically present in the state of Louisiana at the time of the session are eligible to become clients. At this time, we are only offering telehealth/ virtual counseling. Whitney is only in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please visit the counseling page for more details.
